Many IT problems can be resolved remotely without having to send a technician out to you. This is achieved using our fast and secure remote access software which allows us to control your PC or Mac and see and remedy the problem first hand.

Onsite Support

There are some circumstances where you will require a technician onsite. This may be for installation of new hardware, critical issue or as part of one of our MSP agreement. Whatever the reason, we will be there for you – day, night or weekends. Our highly trained field engineers know how to get the job done quickly and efficiently without distrupting your day-to-day business activities.

Type, click and send – that’s how easy it is to log a support request. Our support email address can be used to notify our dedicated support team.
Alert them to any technical issues you have or request a certain task to be performed. The support email address is being constantly monitored throughout the day and actioned accordingly. All emails are logged and can be tracked for future reference.
